Get in the know! Unfortunately it’s supposed to pour the rain down today.. so unless it stops I won’t be taking pictures.. Maia’s babies has started their journey to their new homes.. one left yesterday.. one leaves on Thursday and the last 3 leaves Saturday..
Lucca is due on the Thursday.. and Aspen is due on the 8th.. both are pregnant.. i do keep a waitlist and I have several in it.. but people back out all the time. These maybe my last litters until spring.. I really don’t like raising babies in the winter.. so we’ll see. Please before you contact me.. please read my policy it explains everything. Have a great day.. and thanks for choosing my rabbitry! On a Sunday Evening I was asked a few times why I breed.. I breed because rabbits are my favorite animal.. I don’t care what color or breed.. Over the years .. I’ve had mutts and purebred .. they’re all the same in my eyes anyway.. when I decided on the Holland Lop.. I chose the breed because I have read so much about them.. I do research all the time.. because no matter how long you have had something.. they are still lots to learn..
I don’t really care what color.. I am about happy healthy pet rabbits..you could have the most prettiest rabbit.. and it be so scared you couldn’t touch it.. I don’t worry about what others have.. i am totally happy with my crew.. if you’re a new breeder please learn that.. don’t be jealous because it will ruin your experience. I breed because it makes me happy to hold a newborn.. it just brightens my day when I hand over the bunny and see the happiness in a child’s eye. It is not about the money.. because everything I make goes right back to my crew.. I feed my rabbits the proper way.. and so it does take everything I make to do that. I breed because it helps with my depression.. So there are the reasons I breed.. while others might have different opinions or reasons.. that’s fine.. don’t judge me and I won’t judge you. Thanks for following my journey! ‘Morning Tomorrow Aspen’s babies go home.. it’s the hardest part for me.. Alaska’s and Embers are 5 weeks.. Maia’s are 41/2 weeks.. time sure does fly.. all 3 litters has been adopted.. I decided I’m only keeping Kenai.. Harlow found a home.
Hopefully in September I’ll have 2 litters..then I’ll breed a couple for Christmas..I do charge 100 pet.. 125 pedigreed.. I know a few says that’s expensive.. I spend a lot of time and money on my rabbits/bunnies.. I know some breeders that charge more.. my bunnies are started litter training.. and well adjusted when you take them home.. I don’t have an over abundance of bunnies at once.. I like to give each one .. one in one time... Is is supposed to rain almost all weekend..so they probably won’t be pictures.. Have a great weekend! Adorable Pictures! 4 weeks old.. I received all deposits except for the black tort vm.. if I don’t receive hers.. I’ll move on to another person.
Growing! 31/2 weeks old! Adopters FYI.. deposit is due on August 10th.. I have received one.. they’re doing great!
